Focus

Hi, I'm Frederick Eugene Lloyd and I just want to pass on an excellent concept:

"Focus on what you do best, strive to execute flawlessly."

Life isn't so hard when you can do this. But you have to give things up. It takes focus. Stop fixing people and stop holding yourself responsible for things that are not in your control.
